Auto Lead Pilot AI is provided as a business automation platform. By using the website, dashboard, public support portal, or connected tools, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for the content you upload, the contacts you import, the messages you send, the phone numbers you call, and the third-party accounts you connect. You must have the required permission, consent, ownership, or business authorization for each campaign, integration, file, lead list, phone number, email address, and social account.

You may not use the platform for spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, harassment, malware, misleading impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party platform policies.

Automation features, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram comments, AI replies, voice calls, IVR, analytics, and scheduled jobs, must be reviewed and configured by an authorized user before production use. You are responsible for message accuracy, opt-out handling, local calling/messaging laws, advertising disclosures, and customer consent.

Third-party services such as Meta, Google, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Stripe, email providers, and hosting providers may apply their own limits, review processes, billing, and policies. Auto Lead Pilot AI cannot guarantee third-party approval, availability, delivery, ranking, or campaign performance.

The software is provided for business operations and may change over time. Features can be updated, paused, limited, or removed for security, compliance, reliability, or product reasons.
